(1)-(2) A large number of issues have been drawn to my attention. I have a glimmer of recollection about that issue, but would be hard pressed to recall the information now. As I have endeavoured to do from time to time when I have been found wanting in this regard, I will quickly ascertain the answer and make it available to the member.
