(a) – (d) In 2016 the Western Australian Government provided a $400,000 grant as a one off payment to assist the City of Joondalup with the manufacture and installation of a beach enclosure at Sorrento Beach. Under the terms of the grant agreed by the former Barnett Government, any additional costs relating to the manufacture, installation, operation, maintenance or repair of the enclosure are the responsibility of the City of Joondalup.
