I refer to potential irrigation projects in the
Kimberley, and I ask: (a) is the Minister and/or the Department of Water aware of any proposals or concepts for irrigation in the Fitzroy Valley by Mr John Logan or any companies he is associated with; (b) if yes to (a), what is the name and nature of the proposal(s) or concept(s); (c) if yes to (a), will the Minister table all associated correspondence and documents; (d) if no to (c), why not; (e) if yes to (a), is it true that the concept proposes to dam either the Fitzroy River at Dimond Gorge, the Margaret River or any other river in the Fitzroy Valley; (f) if yes to (a), what area of irrigation is proposed; (g) if yes to (a), will the Minister table all correspondence and reports associated with any concept or proposal; and (h) if no to (g), why not?
