(1) Are you the Government Minister with responsibility for the carriage of the Busselton Jetty restoration project?
(2) If no to (1), please state which Minister has responsibility for the project?
(3) What is the nature and scope of your Ministerial responsibility for the Busselton Jetty restoration project?
(4) I refer to the $24 million funding commitment towards the Busselton Jetty restoration project, and ask, is the $12 million committed to this year’s works to be paid from the royalties for regions program?
(5) If no to (4), what are the funding details (what is the source of the money)?
(6) If the source of this money is the $12 million allocated by the former Labor Government in the forward estimates, does the minority Liberal Government intend to recoup the $12 million?
(7) If yes to (6), does the minority Liberal Government intend to recoup the money through sale of crown land as stated in the Liberals Jetty election pledge or through land redevelopment?
(8) If no to (7), how does the minority Liberal Government intend to make up the $12 million shortfall in forward estimates, that would have been recoup from land sales and redevelopment under the former Labor Government’s proposal?
(9) Is the balance of the funding, being $12 million for next year’s works, to be funded from the royalties for regions program?
(10) If no to (9), what are the funding details (what is the source of the money)?
(11) With reference to the Liberal’s Jetty election pledge, in particular, that a Liberal Government would recoup its $24 million funding for the Jetty from sale of crown land, will the Minister confirm if the minority Liberal Government will be recouping its Jetty funding, either in whole or in part, from sale of crown land?
(12) If yes to (11), please state the details of each parcel of crown land to be sold, including location, size, zoning or reservation classification and estimated market value for each parcel of land?
(13) Will the minority Liberal Government be recouping its Jetty funding commitment, either in whole or in part, from land redevelopment?
