(1) How many violence restraining orders have been issued since 1 December 2004?
(2) How many individuals were the subjects of orders in (1)?
(3) How many individuals have been the subjects of more than one order in (1) since 1 December 2004?
(4) How many of the individuals in (2) breached the order?
(5) How many of the individuals in (4) committed acts of physical violence against the applicant for the order after the order was issued?
(6) How many incidents in (5) resulted in the following outcomes -
(a) hospitalisation for injury; or
(b) death?
(7) How many of the incidents in (5) led to the perpetrator’s arrest and successful prosecution for an offence against the applicant?
(8) How many applicants sought orders against individuals in the following categories -
(a) spouse or ex-spouse;
(b) defacto or ex-defacto;
(c) girlfriend/boyfriend or ex-girlfriend or ex-boyfriend;
(d) children;
(e) parents;
