I refer to Child and Adolescent Health Services (CAMHS), and I ask: (a) what was the breakdown of CAMHS funding by category of community, specialised and acute care for the following periods: (i) 2014-2015; (ii) 2013-2014; (iii) 2012-2013; (iv) 2011-2012; and (v) 2010-2011; (b) how many patient presentations to CAMHS were there by category of community, specialised and acute care for the following periods: (i) 2013-2014; (ii) 2012-2013; (iii) 2011-2012; and (iv) 2010-2011; (c) what has been the average patient waiting time for CAMHS by category of community, specialised and acute care for the following periods: (i) 2013-2014; (ii) 2012-2013; (iii) 2011-2012; and (iv) 2010-2011; (d) what has been the longest patient waiting time for CAMHS by category of community, specialised and acute care for the following periods: (i) 2013-2014; (ii) 2012-2013; (iii) 2011-2012; and (iv) 2010-2011; (e) what portion of the increase to CAMHS funding between the 2012-13 and the 2013-14 Budget was allocated by category of community, specialised and acute care; and (f) what CAMHS public health services are available to Western Australian children outside the metropolitan region?
