I refer to the Labor election commitment to establish a $3 million Creative Music Development Fund, and ask:(a) when will the Fund be available;(b) how will the Fund be administered;(c) what is the criteria for accessing the Fund;(d) will additional funding be provided to the Department of Culture and the Arts to support this initiative; and(e) if no to (d), what programs will be cut to establish this Fund?
