1074. Hon SAMANTHA ROWE to the parliamentary
secretary representing the Minister for Transport:
I refer to the construction of Roe
8.
(1) Are any amendments to the
metropolitan regional scheme required for this project?
(2) If yes to (1), how does the
government propose to progress these amendments?
(3) Are there
sections where the development envelope exceeds the area set aside for the MRS;
and, if yes, where do these occur and what is the nature of the occupancies
affected?
