CARNARVON POLICE AND JUSTICE COMPLEX
I refer to the site of the new Carnarvon police and courthouse complex. (1) Will the minister confirm that the new courthouse will be built on the Gascoyne Traders site and not, as stated on page 481 of volume 2 of budget paper No 2, on the existing courthouse and police station site? (2) If the site location announced in the budget papers is correct, how does the minister reconcile the announcement with the promise made by the Premier on 15 August 2007? Hon SUE ELLERY
