Earlier today the minister advised me that the Water Corporation had not turned on any of the 41 bores that were turned off during 2002 because of environmental constraints. Will the minister tell me whether it was the Water Corporation or the Water and Rivers Commission which determined that these bores should not be turned on for environmental reasons or because of environmental constraints?
