The Department of Housing advises:
(a)
Pelago West: $4 343.40
Pelago East: $91 740.00
(b)
Pelago West: $361.95
Pelago East: $1 834.80
The cost per apartment between those in Pelago East and Pelago West are different as the buildings are connected to different network infrastructure and the costs are representative of the different works required to upgrade each network.
