I refer to the Machinery of Government changes relating to
the transfer of land from the Housing Authority to Development Western Australia and I
ask for the following information, by means of a table, for all land parcels
that have been transferred: (a) the unique land identification number (as per Landgates mapviewer); (b) area by hectares; (c) valuation; (d) zoning of land; and (e) date when transferred to Development Western Australia?

(a) DevelopmentWA does not record Landgate’s unique land identification number.
(b) – (e) As there are a significant number of parcels involved, this would require considerable time to collate and prepare. Given the level of agency resourcing required to provide this detailed information by each lot, it is not considered to be a reasonable use of government resources, however a summary of the lots transferred between 16 February 2021 and 1 July 2021 is provided by region below.
