The Public Transport Authority advises:
(a) 28,600 passengers per weekday (based on 3% growth per annum).
(b-c) Strategic Transport Evaluation Model (STEM) modelling (which will consider alterations in travel patterns related to the potential introduction of light rail) has been commissioned for both 2021 and 2031by the Department of Transport but is not yet available.
