CAMP SCHOOLS AND
LANDSDALE FARM SCHOOL
617. Ms M.J. DAVIES to the Premier:
I have a supplementary question. I take
it from the Premier's answer that he will not be tabling the contract
signed between Fairbridge WA and Family Support WA. What does the Premier have
to hide by refusing to table this contract? Will it reveal that, in time, there
will be increased prices and changes to services at these camp schools?

I did not refuse. I will get some
advice on that, and I will provide some advice in due course in relation to
that matter. But, I mean, the member really is just clutching at straws. Look
at her! The member comes in here today and she is wildly angry about the fact
that we got the commonwealth to pay for Moora Residential College upgrades, and
she is wildly angry that we have got the camp schools and Fairbridge farm
operating and saving the taxpayers $3 million. I mean, the people in the
National Party are very hard people to keep happy.
