(2) (a) It would be inappropriate for the Minister for the Environment to comment on the odour emissions at this time because appeals relating to the conditions of the licence for the Woodman Point waste water treatment plant are currently being investigated by the appeals convenor. (b) Yes. The Department of Environmental Protection advises that the works approval for the septic and grease trap tanker receiving facility included odour control requirements. (c) Yes. The Environmental Protection Authority has drafted a guidance statement titled “Separation Distances Between Industrial and Sensitive Land Uses, June 2004”. (d) Yes. I table the document.
