In relation to the Greenough Regional Prison (GRP) riot and the subsequent escapes, where appropriate to do so, can the Minister please advise: (a) What date/time the Special Operations Group (SOG) were first made aware of an incident at GRP; (b) What date/time did the SOG depart for GRP and by what means did they travel; (c) What date/time did the SOG first arrive in the vicinity of GRP; and (d) What date/time was the Operations Centre first stood up in earnest to help coordinate a response?
