ASSET SALES — DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH —
FORMER SITES
906. Hon MARTIN PRITCHARD to the minister
representing the Minister for Lands:
I refer to sites either formerly
owned by and/or formerly vested in the Department of Health that have recently
been sold as part of the land asset sales program.
(1) What was
amount of the Valuer-General's valuations, and any interim valuations
for the following sites previously owned by WA Health —
(a) 37 Moss Street, East Fremantle;
(b) 77 Alexandra Road, East
Fremantle; and
(c) 54 Mirrabooka Avenue, Mirrabooka?
(2) If any of the sites received independent
valuations, what was the valuation for each site?
(3) What was the previous function,
role or service performed or based from each of the sites?
(4) Where have any services or
offices previously based on these sites been relocated to?

Valuer-General has not provided valuations for these three sites.
(2) An
independent valuation for each is as follows —
(a) 37 Moss Street, East Fremantle,
$795 455, excluding GST;
(b) 77 Alexandra Road, East
Fremantle, $780 000, excluding GST;
(c) 54 Mirrabooka Avenue, Mirrabooka,
$5 000 000, excluding GST.
(3)–(4) These questions
should be referred to the Minister for Health.
