The Minister Replied:
(1) The Department of Enviornmental Protection (DEP) provided advice to the Swan River Trust on the 3 August 2000.
(2) See tabled paper. Further, the DEP is satisfied that its advice has been incorporated into the recommended conditions of approval for the project.
