GOVERNMENT HOUSING IN REGIONAL AREAS
In his reply to question without notice 1054, the minister assured me that I would be given the exact number of houses that were built for the Department of Education and Western Australia Police Service in regional areas in this financial year. I have not received those figures. Will the minister check that for me? I understand that he cannot give me figures for the coming year because they are subject to the budget planning; however, he undertook to give me the figures for the previous years. Hon TOM STEPHENS

I make the same undertaking. Hopefully by next Tuesday, when I will next see the member in the Chamber, I will be able to pass the figures onto him.
