(1) Juvenile Custodial System:
All juvenile detainees within the juvenile custodial system that have been assessed as requiring a program are currently scheduled to or are receiving an appropriate program.
(a) 0% of juvenile detainees assessed as requiring a violent offender program are not scheduled to receive a program.
(i-iv) Not applicable.
(b) 0% of juvenile detainees assessed as requiring a sex offender program are not scheduled to receive a program.
(i-iii) Not applicable.
(c) 0% of juvenile detainees assessed as requiring a cognitive skills program are not scheduled to receive a program.
(d) 0% of juvenile detainees assessed as requiring a substance abuse program are not scheduled to receive a program.
(i-iii) Not applicable.
Adult Custodial System:
(a) 64% of prisoners assessed as requiring a Violent Offender Treatment Program (VOTP) and suitable to engage in a program are currently not scheduled to participate in a program.
(i) This type of program is not offered.
(ii) Not Applicable. Individual counselling is not available as part of the therapeutic suite of services and unmet demand is not measured.
(iii) Of those prisoners not scheduled to participate in a VOTP, 26.6% are recommended for an intensive VOTP.
(iv) Of those prisoners not scheduled to participate in a VOTP, 37.4% are recommended for a medium intensity VOTP.
(v) Of those prisoners not scheduled to participate in a VOTP, 1.2% are recommended for a low intensity VOTP.
(vi) Of those prisoners not scheduled to participate in a VOTP, 34.8% are recommended for a domestic violence VOTP.
(b) 24% of prisoners assessed as requiring a Sex Offender Treatment Program (SOTP), and suitable to engage in a program, are currently not scheduled to participate in a program.
(i) Of those prisoners not scheduled to participate in a SOTP, 4.4% are recommended for an intellectually impaired SOTP.

(c) 47% of prisoners assessed as requiring a cognitive skills program and suitable to engage in a program are currently not scheduled to participate in a program.
(d) 54% of those prisoners assessed as requiring a Substance Abuse Program (SAP), and suitable to engage in a program, are currently not scheduled to participate in a program.
(i) Of those prisoners not scheduled to participate in a SAP, 12.1% are recommended for a low intensity SAP.
(ii) Of those prisoners not scheduled to participate in a SAP, 41.9% are recommended for a medium intensity SAP.
(iii) Of those prisoners not scheduled to participate in a SAP, 45.9% are recommended for a high intensity SAP.
