(2) 44 in total comprising 39 at BOCS Ticketing and Marketing and 5 in Corporate Management.
(3) AEG Ogden has responsibility for specific venue management duties with Ticketing and Corporate Governance remaining with the Perth Theatre Trust.
(4) No. AEG Ogden receive a management fee under the contract to manage the Perth Theatre Trust venues

Perth Theatre Trust Act 1979
