(a) As stated in the notice of appointment the Inquiry shall present its report and recommendations no later than 2 May 2019. The Inquirer may seek an extension to this period should he deem that necessary.
(b) $2.4 million
(c) The Inquiry is independently examining matters set out in the notice of appointment and will determine any hearing dates in due course.
(d) Whilst maintaining the independence of the Panel Inquiry, the department will assist with the provision of resources as and when required and appropriate. No departmental staff are working as part of the Panel Inquiry.
