Family and domestic violence—Guy Cramp
178. Hon Simon Ehrenfeld to the minister representing
the Minister for Corrective Services:
I refer to serial
domestic violence offender Guy Cramp, who was granted bail on 19 February and
whose victim has now had to move overseas.
(1) Has the minister read the court
transcript or been briefed on the bail hearing for this offender?
(2) Does the minister accept that bail
was granted because he was unable to participate in a family and domestic
violence program that was only available outside custody?
(3) Why are
there no FDV programs that he could have participated in whilst in custody?
