I refer to draft exemptions in the Environmental Protection Authority regulations. The minister has said that part 9 of the Bill dealing with land clearing regulations will not be implemented until the regulations have been tabled in and passed by both Houses. Will the minister give her assurance that both Houses will be sitting when those regulations are tabled? Hon TOM STEPHENS
