(1) Can the Minister please provide the numbers and locations of child health nurses in the following regions for 2011-2012: (a) Kimberley; (b) Pilbara; (c) Gascoyne; (d) Goldfields Esperance; and (e) Midwest? (2) Can the Minister please provide the numbers and locations of child health nurses in the following regions for 2012-2013: (a) Kimberley; (b) Pilbara; (c) Gascoyne; (d) Goldfields Esperance; and (e) Midwest? (3) Can the Minister please provide the numbers and locations of child health nurses in the following regions for 2013-2014: (a) Kimberley; (b) Pilbara; (c) Gascoyne; (d) Goldfields Esperance; and (e) Midwest? (4) For each of the regions listed in (3), what percentage of children presented for their child health and development assessments at the following stages in 2011-2012: (a) universal postnatal 0-10 days; (b) universal postnatal 11 to 21 days; (c) universal postnatal 22 days plus; (d) six to eight weeks; (e) three to four months; (f) eight months; (g) 18 months; and (h) three to three, six months? (5) For each of the regions listed in (3), what percentage of children presented for their child health and development assessments at the following stages in 2012-2013: (a) universal postnatal 0-10 days; (b) universal postnatal 11 to 21 days; (c) universal postnatal 22 days plus; (d) six to eight weeks; (e) three to four months; (f) eight months; (g) 18 months; and (h) three to three years, six months?
