(1) The Karratha Health Campus project is being delivered under a two-stage Managing Contractor (MC) procurement methodology. Proposals from shortlisted respondents are currently being evaluated. Once a MC is appointed, the Stage One MC contract period of approximately twelve months will be undertaken, culminating in the submission of a Stage Two Offer to complete the design and construction of the project. Subject to a Stage Two offer that is acceptable to the State, the MC will then proceed with construction, with completion scheduled for early 2018. Stage One costs will be determined at the conclusion of the current evaluation process; Stage Two costs will be determined on acceptance of the Stage Two Offer.
