(1) Yes
(2-5a) The Ministerial Office received correspondence dated 5 November 2008 seeking the Minister's availability for a meeting with the Chairman of ERM Power on 9 December 2008. The Minister indicated he was unable to meet. An apology via email was given by the Chief of Staff on 5 November 2008 advising that the Minister was unable to meet.
