(1) Iluka Midwest Ltd holds Mining Lease 70/928 (M70/928). Its subsidiary company Western Titanium Ltd holds Mining Lease 70/63 (M70/63).
(2 - 3) M70/928 was granted on 22 June 1999 for a term expiring on 21 June 2020. M70/63 was granted on 9 February 1988 for a term expiring on 15 February 2009.
(4) No mining is reported to have taken place within the area of State Forest No. 12 on either lease.
(5) Nil from within State Forest No. 12
(6) Nil in respect to State Forest No. 12.
(7) No.
