I refer to notices issued by the Water Corporation (Watercorp) to household customers titled “your adjusted charges”, and I ask : (a) How many advice of adjustment charges notices have been issued by Watercorp to Western Australian households since 13 March 2021 : (i) Please provide a breakdown by each of the following financial year: (A) 2020-21; (B) 2021-22; (C) 2022-23; (D) 2023-24; (E) 2024-25; and (F) 2025-26 (to date); (b) Please provide the total value in dollar terms (in terms of credits to customers' next bills) of these advice of adjustment charges issued by Watercorp to households where an overcharge has occurred, since 13 March 2021 : (i) Please provide a breakdown by each of the following financial years : (A) 2020-21; (B) 2021-22; (C) 2022-23; (D) 2023-24; (E) 2024-25; and (F) 2025-26 (to date); and (ii) How many of these overcharges occurred due to incorrect meter reads, please provide a breakdown by every financial year between 2020–21 and 2025-26 (to date) ; and (iii) Please provide the total value in dollar terms (in terms of credits to customers next bills) of these advice of adjustment charges issued by Watercorp to households where an overcharge has occurred, since 13 March 2021 where an incorrect meter read has occurred: (A) Please provide a breakdown by every financial year between 2020–21 and 2025-26 (to date); and (c) Please provide the total value in dollar terms (in terms of impost to customers) of these advice of adjustment charges issued by Watercorp to households where an undercharge has occurred, since 13 March 2021: (i) Please provide a breakdown by each of the following financial years: (A) 2020-21; (B) 2021-22; (C) 2022-23; (D) 2023-24; (E) 2024-25; (F) 2025-26; (ii) How many of these undercharges occurred due to incorrect meter reads, please provide a breakdown by every financial year between 2020–21 and 2025-26 (to date); and (iii) Please provide the total value in dollar terms (in terms of impost to customers) of these advice of adjustment charges issued by Watercorp to households where an undercharge has occurred, since 13 March 2021 where an incorrect meter read has occurred: (A) Please provide a breakdown by every financial year between 2020–21 and 2024–25 (to date)?
