I think I was sworn in as Minister for Mental Health — Several members interjected. Dr G.G. JACOBS : Come on! How long did the opposition have when it was in government? I acknowledge that they did some work, but the work is not finished. We have made a commitment to completing that work. There are some consequences and there are some impediments. We will work through those to increase the number of supported accommodation units to over 350 in this state.
