The Department of Fire and Emergency Services (DFES) advises:
(a) - (c)  As new material/fabric with improved breathability and durability becomes available it is trialled, and if successful is introduced. Over the past few years the SES orange overall has had minor changes in cut to minimise upper body restriction. DFES does not intend to change the colour of the overalls.
