MINISTER FOR POLICE AND EMERGENCY SERVICES - STAFF SUPERANNUATION OBLIGATIONS
I have a supplementary question. The Retail Pharmacists’ Award 2004 clearly puts a legal onus on business proprietors to provide information to their employees. Mr E.S. Ripper : Is that a federal or state award? Mr T.R. BUSWELL : A state award. Will the minister take steps to ensure that the law has been upheld in this case? Mr J.J.M. BOWLER

The law will be upheld. The minister has already indicated that. It will be upheld by the time the minister has made good the money. He has clearly indicated the embarrassment to him in not sorting this out earlier. He relied upon the manager - he is not blaming the manager. He will make sure that it is fixed in good time.
