I refer to section 70(2)(b) of the Town Planning and Development Act 1928. (1) Since 1 March 2001, how many directions did the Minister for Planning and Infrastructure issue to the then Town Planning Appeal Tribunal - which I understand is now the State Administrative Tribunal - to refer the appeal with recommendations to the minister?
