(a) The site for a public jetty and adjacent visitor rest area has been cleared, and the planning and procurement process has progressed. The installation of 5 new public moorings has been completed.
(b) The cost remains within the $8.1 million allocation.
(c) Expenditure on upgrades to 31 October 2025 is $344,589.
(d) The tender for the public jetty has been released with a closing date of 18 December 2025. The visitor rest area is in the final stages of engineering assessment prior to tender.
