(a)(i) The Minister’s Twitter account is a public account. Anyone who chooses to follow the Minister’s account has access to the content posted by the account.
(a)(ii) The Minister is responsible for the content that he posts.

(2)(i) The Minister has two Facebook pages. One is a public page and one is a private account. Anyone has access to view the Minister’s public Facebook page or like or follow the page. Anyone is able to send the Minister a “friend request” to his private account. Anyone who is a friend of the Minister on his private Facebook is able to access the content posted by the account.
