(1) I refer to grants for first home buyers under the Home Buyers Assistance Account and I ask, for each of the following financial years, how many grants were provided in: (a) 2020-21; (b) 2021-22; (c) 2022-23; and (d) 2023-24? (2) And for each financial year, what was the total quantum of funding dispersed under this scheme in the financial year of: (a) 2020-21; (b) 2021-22; (c) 2022-23; and (d) 2023-24? (3) I refer to the prescribed maximum price limit of $400,000 and I ask: (a) When was this prescribed amount set; (b) How many times has this price limit been reviewed since the introduction of this scheme: (i) Please detail the years this scheme was reviewed; and (c) When is this maximum price limit next set to be reviewed?
