I refer to train service delays and disruptions, and I ask: (a) what was the issue in terms of the Transperth technical delays reported in The West Australian on 31 May 2024, which caused severe delays on the Armadale, Midland and Fremantle Lines at Stadium Station, preventing soccer fans from attending the AC Milan and AS Roma match; (b) in reference to (a), what solution was applied to the technical issue; (c) what was the technical issue in relation to delays on the Mandurah Line, reported in Perth Now on 13 November 2024, which caused the cancellation of trains between Perth Underground and Cockburn Central stations; (d) in reference to (c), what solution was applied to the technical issue; (e) what was the technical issue in relation to delays on the Mandurah Line between Elizabeth Quay and Rockingham reported in Perth Now on 12 December 2024; (f) in reference to (e), what solution was applied to the technical issue; (g) what was the technical issue in relation to the train on the Yanchep Line, reported in The West Australian on 6 February 2025, resulting in passengers experiencing delays during peak hour, and in 36 degree heat, on Tuesday that week; (h) in reference to (g), what solution was applied to the technical issue; (i) what was the technical issue in relation to the closure of the line from Yanchep to Joondalup, reported in The West Australian on 12 August 2024, resulting in passengers being stranded and having to wait for replacement buses; (j) in reference to (i), what solution was applied to the technical issue; (k) what was the technical issue in relation to a train being unable to properly open its doors at Elizabeth Quay Station, reported in The West Australian on 12 August 2024; and (l) in reference to (k), what solution was applied to the technical issue?
