With reference to the $4,000 government funding allocation given to two Western Australian students to travel to the United Nations Climate Change summit in Copenhagen in December 2009, I ask:
(a) on what date was this funding awarded to those students;
(b) what program was this funding allocated from;
(c) were there selection criteria for the allocation of these funds; and
(i) if so, what were these criteria?
(d) were there any other applicants for this funding; and
(i) if so who, and what electorates and schools were these applicants from;
(e) were any other Western Australian students allocated funding for this event; and
(f) what representations were made to the Government for this funding by members of Parliament; and
(i) if yes, by whom and on what dates?
