1. Yes i. The Minister’s Twitter account is a public account. Anyone who chooses to follow the Minister’s account has access to the content posted by the account. ii. The Minister is responsible for the material she posts.
2. Yes i. The Minister’s Facebook page is a public page. Anyone has access to viewing the Minister’s Facebook page. Anyone is able to like or follow the page.
The Minister’s personal Facebook page is a private page and therefore can only be accessed by those who the Minister has accepted as friends.
