(1) The Minister for Heritage has met with the Heritage Council and the National Trust jointly on one occasion.
(2) Not applicable.
(3) The two bodies have very different functions and responsibilities under their respective Acts. The National Trust has no formal role in the regulation and statutory protection of heritage in Western Australia.
