I refer to sand mining on Mining Lease 36/7 by CSR/Readymix Pty Ltd which I understand commenced in 1992/1993 -
(1) Can the Minister state how many tonnes of sand have been extracted since 1992 from the above Mining Lease?
(2) If no to (1), why not?
(3) Can the Minister state how much in royalties have been paid to the Department, the specific dates the payments were made for each of the years commencing from 1992 through to 2003?
(4) If no to (3), why not?
(5) Can the Minister state the specific month and year in which sand mining first commenced on Mining Lease 36/7?
(6) If no to (5), why not?
