FIREARMS ACT — REVOCATION NOTICES
1433. Hon PETER COLLIER to the minister representing the
Minister for Police:
I refer to the revocation notices
issued by the Western Australia Police Force as a result of the changes to the
Firearms Act.
(1) Given that the regulations for the Firearms Act
have not yet been promulgated, are the revocation notices lawful?
(2) What criteria are being used to
issue disqualification orders to gun owners?
