In relation to cochlear implants I ask the Minister: (a) how many cochlear implants were made in 2010-2011 and 2011-2012; (b) how many cochlear implants have been made so far in 2012-2013; (c) have there been any cuts to the cochlear implant program; (d) what was the average waiting time for patients to receive the implant in: (i) 2010-2011; and (ii) 2011-2012; and (e) have there been any cuts to the cochlear implant program as a result of the efficiency dividend?
