The Police Service advise:
(1) Unsworn officers at the Kiara Police Station provide the following services:
Offence reporting, traffic accident reporting, lost/found property, National Police Clearances, Firearm Applications, Bail Reporting, Missing Persons, Restraining Orders, Family Dispute Advice, document signature witnessing, Traffic Clearances, payments of warrants-interstate and local, general inquiries and advice on a wide range of subjects.
Sworn officers at the Kiara Police Station provide the following services:
Recording and investigation of all offences, random and targeted patrols throughout the sub-district, traffic enforcement actions, responses to complaints received, and attending to tasking requirements.
(2) The office opening hours of the Kiara Police Station are 8.00 am to 4.00 pm Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Police officers are available 24 hours a day for all 7 days of the week.
(3) Police patrols of the Beechboro area are conducted on a regular but random and intermittent basis. Targeted patrolling tactics are used when a specific problem requiring attention is identified.
