I refer to my Question on Notice No. 7327, and ask:
(a) have the final designs and costing for the 4,000 parking bays and the location of the proposed footbridge for the Burswood Stadium project been approved by Cabinet; and
(i) if not, when will they be;
(ii) if so, will the Minister table them; and
(A) if not why not; and
(iii) when will they be made available to the public; and
(b) why has the Minister stopped any upgrades to the East Perth station based on the expected Burswood stadium if the project is nowhere near being finalised?
