I refer to the 2009 Auditor General’s report regarding a
Preliminary Examination of the Royalties for Regions Programme
and the recommendation that all outstanding Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) at the time be agreed and signed as a matter of priority, and I ask:
a) have all outstanding MOUs been signed; and
(i) if not, why not; and
b) which MOUs have not been signed?
