(a) I am advised that the WA Department of Health is unable to respond to this question. It will need to be directed to the Department of Aboriginal Affairs who oversaw the relocation.
(b) The Kimberley Mental Health & Drug Service (KMHDS) provide 'in-reach' visits to Wyndham.  Visits occur three (3) days per fortnight and include visits by both the Adult and the Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services.
(c) Wyndham Hospital provides clinical services to the Wyndham community.  Wyndham Hospital has five (5) inpatient beds, a 24 hour Emergency Department (ED), with one (1) Emergency Doctor on-call at all times, Practice Nurse/General Practitioner booked appointments (Monday - Friday).  Community Health Services are provided, Chest and Limb x-ray services, an Aboriginal Liaison Officer and visiting allied health practitioners and visiting medical specialists.
(d) Data does not differentiate whether a patient attending Wyndham Hospital originates from Oombulgurri.  (There is no separate post code).  Wyndham Hospital provides for all community members of Wyndham, or other towns including those members previously residing in Oombulgurri.  On average, Wyndham Hospital provides a service to 300 patients in the ED and 30 inpatients/month.
(e) The information is not available.  Data regarding cancellations and/or not attended is not recorded electronically.
(f) Not applicable.
