(a) Novartis Oncology;

(d) Astellas Pharma Global Development;
(e) Olympus; and
(f) Hamilton Health Services Canada?
(2) If yes to (1) will the Minister advise:
(a) from which companies were purchases made;
(b) what was the nature of the purchase;
(c) on what date was the medical equipment, information technology equipment or services, or pharmaceuticals purchased from each company; and
(d) what was the individual amount paid for the purchase of the medical equipment, information technology equipment or services, or pharmaceuticals?
