1) Yes.
(2) A small section of the proposed realignment of the Dampier Highway-Burrup Road intersection component of the duplication works falls within the National Heritage Area.
(3) Main Roads is seeking all necessary approvals to enable this important safety project to be undertaken. This includes Federal Department of Environment, Water, Heritage and Art approvals.
(4) Not applicable.
