I refer the Minister to the Sorrento Primary School in the electorate of Hillarys, and ask: (a) How much has been budgeted for the removal of the existing ceiling in the school's North Block building; (b) How much has been budgeted for a new ceiling; (c) When will tenders for the removal of the existing ceiling be announced; (d) When did the department conduct an audit of the school's building and facilities; (e) What is the anticipated timeframe for removing the existing ceiling and building the new one; (f) Will the removal of the existing ceiling require an asbestos management plan; and (g) Are there any plans in the next 12 months for any other building or facility upgrades at Sorrento Primary School: (i) If yes, please outline the nature of these works?

(a)-(b) An amount of $71 567 has been budgeted for the replacement of nine ceilings in the North Block building as part of the $18 million targeted maintenance program.
(c) The contract was awarded on 9 April 2019.
(d) April 2017.
(e) The ceiling works will commence during Term 2, 2019 and are expected to take five days to complete. The commencement date will be discussed and agreed with the school principal.
